hello hi, i would like to help with issue #3668. since there is already a fix in PR #4788, i want to coordinate with the author, review the tests and help verify the results.

i would like to start with a focused contribution that makes test reports more reliable. i will follow the contribution guide and make sure i understand any changes i propose.

Why this change?

Hi, hello I sincerely wanted to contribute for the open source communities and help them grow as I do alo this change must be done because OpenShell can show an old test report as the result of a new run, even when those tests didn’t run. Which could make developers think tests passed when they weren’t actually checked. The fix ensures each report contains results from the current run, making it trustworthy.
