v2.4

feat: database.name namespaces schema names on MySQL

Diagram.restrict: apply Part conditions through the Master to preserve master-part compositional integrity

Trustworthy garbage collection: complete reference discovery (#1469) + race-safe deletion (#1445)

Two-phase, transaction-safe garbage collection (quarantine -> grace -> purge)

Require the codec `context` kwarg: remove connection context from the `key` dict

Evaluate replacing MinIO in the test fixture: the vendor has withdrawn public images

Public access to hidden attributes (_job_*, _prov): no reader exists

Mapping restriction naming a hidden attribute silently drops the predicate

`to_arrays()` can't read the hidden job-metadata attributes that `job-metadata.md` documents

Rename the table tiers to a consistent axis — `dj.Entry`, `dj.Ingest`, `dj.Compute` (keep `Manual`/`Imported`/`Computed` as permanent aliases)

database.name should namespace schema names on MySQL, as it does on PostgreSQL

Drafting: declare and populate new tables in memory, beside the pipeline's tables on the server

fix(settings): environment variables beat datajoint.json for every setting

Environment variables lose to datajoint.json for settings missing from ENV_VAR_MAPPING

fix(postgres): read primary and foreign keys from pg_catalog

PostgreSQL: a read-only login sees no primary keys, because they are read from information_schema

fix(query): count and restrict expressions with an empty primary key

len() of an expression with an empty primary key generates invalid SQL

Restricting a dj.U() aggregation raises a bare AssertionError

fix(diagram): make rendered diagrams byte-reproducible across runs

dj.Diagram SVG output is not byte-reproducible: set iteration order leaks into node emission order

fix(json): make JSON path annotations and value comparisons portable

JSON path type annotation is not portable: `data.n:int` works on PostgreSQL, raises on MySQL

JSON path equality against a non-string value: silently empty on MySQL, raises on PostgreSQL

chore(compose): run MinIO from the image the test fixture uses
