Documents how category Priority actually ranks, which ActivityWatch/activitywatch#1539 showed was missing from the user docs.

The page previously said only that the deepest matching subcategory wins. That is still the default when Priority is blank (10 × depth). An explicit value replaces that default; 0 deprioritizes a fallback relative to unprioritized rules. Negative values are not needed for that, and the editor currently rejects them.

Ranking matches aw-webui (categoryRank), aw-server-rust (_effective_rank), and aw-core (_effective_rank).

The categorization page still said only "deepest subcategory wins".
That is the blank-priority default (10 × depth); an explicit Priority
replaces it. Document ranking, how to deprioritize with 0, and that
the editor currently rejects negatives (activitywatch#1539).
