Correction

The first average_waits list in Tutorial I, Part 4 shows per-trial mean waiting times from 2.90274… to 17.95093…, but the following sentence says 1.6–7.5. This changes only that sentence to approximately 2.9–18.0 minutes and clarifies that the values are trial means. Example code and displayed outputs are unchanged; no simulation behavior is changed.

Validation and limits

• Deterministic parsing/Decimal check: existing sentence fails; corrected sentence passes.
• Nine offline regression controls pass; all ten doctest code/output/options tuples are unchanged.
• Exact one-line patch and git diff --check pass independent local review.
• Full Sphinx rendering/link checks were not run: the attempted docs build stopped because sphinx-build is missing. Repository unit tests, executable doctests and simulation/RNG reproduction were not run. No dependency installation was attempted.

This is a draft to make those verification limits explicit, not a claim of merge readiness.
