LGTM. Removes the manual key copy after local connect and fixes the stale key on reconnect. Two small follow-ups inline, fine to land here or right after.

OpenBot rejects a normal
copilotkit local connectsetup because the CLI writesCPK_INTELLIGENCE_API_KEYwhile OpenBot only readsINTELLIGENCE_API_KEY. Users have to copy a credential manually, and reconnecting can leave the old project key in use.Read the CLI key directly in server configuration and Learning setup, retaining the legacy variable as a fallback. A non-empty CLI key takes precedence when both exist. The startup helper recognizes either name, and setup documentation no longer asks users to copy keys.
Validation: 185 focused tests passed across config, Learning setup, and startup guards; workspace typechecks passed; changed TypeScript files pass Biome format/lint; shell syntax and diff checks passed. Regression cases cover CLI-only keys, blank legacy values, stale legacy keys, and legacy-only deployments. No live services were started for this change.
