Description

Exposes the new EU regulatory API fields on the Java response models for DOCS-947 and bumps the version to v8.10.0.

• Adds manufacturerProductId (manufacturer_product_id, NS-PID) and standardizedProductId (standardized_product_id, S-PID such as a GTIN/EAN) to the CustomsItem model.
• Adds address (Address) to the TaxIdentifier model.
• No service changes. Request params are Map<String, Object> and already pass these fields through. Shipment.options is already a map, so UPS carrier_options (shipper_type/consignee_type) also passes through as-is.
• Bumps the version to 8.10.0 in VERSION, pom.xml and README.md, and adds the CHANGELOG entry.

Testing

No new tests or cassettes. These are additive model fields that only expose existing API fields, following the #352 precedent. mvn compile passes locally. CI covers checkstyle and tests.
