Adds TorchCraft, a Dutch-speaking public Minecraft community online since January 2012.

• torchcraft.nl matches the public join addresses server.torchcraft.nl and play.torchcraft.nl, following the repository’s subdomain matching instructions.
• Uses TorchCraft’s official primary brand colour and the applicable supported server types.
• Lists only version families allowed by the current JSON schema. TorchCraft supports all Java client versions through its proxy; compatibility can vary per gamemode. This entry does not add unsupported schema values such as 26.3.
