- 新增 sge_spot_description_all（api/v1 .../sge-spot-description-all）
- 新增 market_announcements（api/v2 .../announcements/market-announcements）与 periodic_reports（api/v2 .../announcements/periodic-reports），page_size 上限 500
- 新增 index_fut_depth（api/v1 .../index-fut/depth），直接返回 count/futures/index/instrument_map 裸对象
- API_REFERENCE 方法数 244→248，补充索引与详情；版本号 1.0.11→1.0.12
- 补充新增参数的样例值与四个接口的 mock 单测
