Organization 容易被现有语义 methods 的清单误当成完整范围，也容易因为处理发生在入库之后而接管来源解析和清洗。来源自己的标签或关系还可能被误当成系统认可的结论。
本变更在既有产品定义中澄清：利用已能正确解释的内容改善独立复用，不要求新增语义主张；Source 的正确收录责任和 Resolver 的内容解释责任仍由各自承担；保存“已采纳回答”等来源声明不表示 InKCre 验证或认可其内容。共两份 PRD、九行说明，不引入新功能或技术方案。
校验：核对现有 glossary、knowledge capability contract 与来源语义规则，git diff --check 通过。网站文件未修改，Website contract 与 docs preview 由 PR CI 检查。无需版本发布、部署或迁移；未更新 Spoke 子模块引用。无父子 PR 依赖。回退仅需撤销本说明。
