grumphp-config 11 adds a fractor task and the a9f/fractor-extension-installer plugin. Allow the plugin, add fractor.php and the fractor conventions to grumphp.yml (both as the grumphp-config plugin would generate them).
The rector version pulled in by grumphp-config 11 no longer has cacheClass(). FileCacheStorage is the default cache anyway.
Applied by rector (ReadOnlyPropertyRector, RemoveDefaultValueFromAssignedPropertyRector) from grumphp-config 11.
