Use Forge 31 interaction results and native render-layer registration, keeping existing world identities, recipes, fluid behaviour and the public API.
Requires local Base source ac1781e7cade15045ffe0135077087b4d1722603. Upstream publication and hosted verification remain pending. No production source changes.
Pin the bounded world-generation sampler as well. Keep the previous archived inputs separate; all other profile settings are unchanged.
Keep the historical fixtures and expected behaviour unchanged. Add pinned native-server runners, real unload and movement witnesses, recipe and resource checks, and independent conservation audits. Generated worlds, jars and results remain local.
Document the exact local jars, completed checks, retained failures and remaining manual limits. Include the Base Metals dependency prerequisite and keep generated worlds, reports and agent files out of the repository. No publication is included.
Keep the machine checks and remaining limits explicit. Remove local-only dependency notes from the reviewed source; the exact dependency and artifact pins are unchanged.

This brings Power Advantage to Minecraft 1.15.2 while keeping existing block and item names, saved machine state, recipes and the public API intact.
The port uses the native Forge interfaces for this version and includes the conduit reload, fluid handling and client resource fixes. The build checks, copied-world migration tests, connected-machine tests, restart tests, recipe checks and 30-minute runs have been completed. I have also checked the visuals and recipe unlocks in game.
The README and qualification notes separate the tested behaviour from the remaining manual checks and known migration limits, including the vanilla wolf-health discrepancy. This is a source update only; it does not publish a release or create a tag.
