Remove hard-coded counts so adding skills or stacks later needs no doc edits.

• Skills badge: no number (skills | stacks/), still links to stacks/.
• README / README_ZH: skills-map alt text, the jiachen line under "What's inside" and the License paragraph no longer state counts.
• stacks/README.md: the column is now "What it has" (skills and checklists / skills and a WORKFLOW.md) instead of counts.
• stacks/ronny/README.md, stacks/ronny/NOTICE.md: "six engineering skills" becomes "engineering skills". ronny bumped to 0.2.3.

Images (EN and ZH, same source and style, same width)

• hero: no count chips; the tree shows stacks/ronny/ and stacks/jiachen/, and the "on the way" row is gone.
• how-it-works: the folder cards show both stacks without counts, and ronny's card no longer mentions WORKFLOW.md.
• skills-map: no count in the title; a row lists what stacks/jiachen/ adds.

Not changed: stacks/jiachen/README.md says "one skill that ... and one that ...". It's jiachen's stack, so I've left that for him.
