What this adds or changes

Contribution copy now matches the current policy, the same one as MiniMax-AI/minimax-code: issues and discussion are welcome, and pull requests for code, documentation, and stacks are accepted only from repository collaborators. Anyone who is not a collaborator should open an issue and discuss first.

The stack template and the steps for adding or changing a stack stay in place for collaborators. LICENSE and skill content are unchanged.
