SSR: Create a separate repository for web-app #28

With the introduction of SSR, this is a good time to create the separation between frontend and backend. This will allow us to migrate more comfortably to SSR

Why this makes sense:
In our current monorepo, the web-app and the api do not share anything besides types. Both repos will benefit from clearer separation of concerns as well as deployment logic
