SSR: Prefetching strategy #32

When using Link from next/link the default behaviour is to prefetch the following page to improve performance. For the Feeds Search page it is currently disabled due to the amount of API calls it was doing to prefetch the pages.

Currently prefetching is disabled on the feeds search page, think of ways we can have a delicate balance (if at all) between performance and resource consumption. Some ideas:

1. Just have prefetching for static feed detail page (not logged in state)
2. Have prefetch on row hover
