SSR: Map layer not displaying in DEV #34

NextJs enables 'Strict' mode in DEV to catch bugs. It works by mounting a component, unmounting it, then remounting it, to assure the component is robust

The maps (all of them) fall victim to this and do not display the layers in the DEV environment (But they do in prod). This indicates a robustness error with the maps

Objective: Have the Map Layers show up with Strict mode on
