Summary

Brings act up to the OpenAgentID repository standard.

  • CODE_OF_CONDUCT.md: the organisation's code of conduct, identical to openagent-sdk's.
  • SUPPORT.md: where to ask, where to report bugs, and the private security route.
  • Issue forms (bug_report.yml, feature_request.yml) replace the Markdown templates. config.yml disables blank issues and links private vulnerability reporting (now enabled on this repository) and the docs.
  • .github/dependabot.yml: weekly grouped updates for GitHub Actions and the package ecosystem.
  • SECURITY.md: adds the email route (security@openagent.id, as in openagent-sdk) and a supported-versions section.
  • CHANGELOG.md: agent-capability-token 0.1.0 was published to crates.io on 2026-08-01 from dc8ebdd, but every entry still sat under Unreleased. Entries up to dc8ebdd are now ## [0.1.0] - 2026-08-01. The three entries for da13342, which came after the publish, stay under Unreleased together with this change.

Evidence

  • dc8ebdd is the commit recorded in the published crate's .cargo_vcs_info.json, and all 8 files in the crate match it byte for byte.
  • All new YAML parses. No code changes; CI (fmt, clippy, conformance) runs on this PR.

Checklist

  • CHANGELOG.md updated
  • No breaking change

Add a code of conduct, a support policy, issue forms that route security
reports privately and Dependabot for Cargo and GitHub Actions. The
security policy gains the email route and supported versions. The
changelog dates 0.1.0 to its crates.io publish on 2026-08-01 (commit
dc8ebdd) and keeps the later changes under Unreleased.
