Summary of changes

Explain how custom stuck-detection thresholds determine the Python detector's bounded recent-history window, why a threshold of 12 needs at least 24 events, and why new user input resets the pattern history. Clarify that parallel tool calls can further expand the action-error window, including with default thresholds.

Companion implementation: OpenHands/software-agent-sdk#6238. This draft follows that implementation and uses the same branch name.

Source verification:

• Threshold-dependent scan window and user-message boundary.
• Parallel error window based on configured thresholds.
• Accepted fields and positive-integer validation.
• Native run-loop regressions: current main (c048a1eb82353b0586f3ce600708394a68ebb246) 5 failed / 2 passed; fixed code 7 passed, with 66 related tests passing. The threshold-12/two-call case also fails if parallel expansion retains the old constant base.

Validation: source and native behavior checked as above; git diff --check passes. This only adds explanatory prose and changes no synced example, link, navigation, or component. The Mintlify site was not rendered locally.
