Changes:
Some 1000hz fixes (1000hz works properly)
new jitter filter (Does not add lag)
aim and noise measure jitter and adjusts to it automatically
new recenter setting
faster jump starts, less chatter
fixed predict amplifying jitter while still
fix wobble random direction changes while pen is still
(Has only been tested via code benchmarks stuff)
