There are two problems with the appearance of the project docs:

1. Extra navbar along the top containing a search field. This is not needed as a search field is in the sidebar.
2. Link to github is at the top of the sidebar on the left when it should be on the top right with the theme changer, etc.

This PR fixes these problems, the generated docs will now look like this:
