feat: make poisoned food give nausea, poison and weakness when eaten - #116

Conversation
A tags.yml step can now list effects ("<effect> <seconds> [level]") that whoever
eats a food at that step gets, hidden tracks included, so a well-hidden red
mushroom still strikes. Tainted gives nausea for 10 s; Poisoned nausea 15 s and
Poison I 10 s; Deadly nausea 20 s, Poison II 15 s and Weakness 60 s. The effects
apply whenever the food is eaten, even when it fills nothing.

Summary
tags.ymlstep can listeffectsas"<effect> <seconds> [level]"(Minecraft effect ids, level 1 = I). Eating a food at that step gives them, hidden tracks included.NutritionService.tryApplyEat, so every way of eating gets them (hand, bowl, plate, cup). They apply even when the food fills nothing, because the food is used up either way. Each eat with effects writes anEAT_EFFECTSline to the nutrition log.Documentation impact
The
tags.ymlheader documents theeffectskey, the poison block's comment mentions the effects, and the README's mushroom/poison bullet is updated.Contract
tags.ymlonly gains an optional key; steps withouteffectsbehave exactly as before.tags.yml(Dev, Main) need theeffectslines added to their poison steps to get them.🤖 Generated with Claude Code
