Summary

• Settings > License lists every paid feature under Starter Plan and Team Plan, built from ProFeature.allCases: icon, name, one-line description. Team says it includes everything in Starter.
• Each plan's header comes from LicenseManager.resolveAccess, the same check the gates use: Included for a plan the license covers, Upgrade Plan beside Team on a Starter license, nothing for no license or a lapsed one.
• No license: the list sits under the key field, and Buy a License moves below it.
• Licensed: the list sits after Devices and Team, before Manage Account.
• Learn More About Licensing opens docs.tablepro.app/features/licensing. No prices in the app.
• LicenseTier is Hashable for the section ids.

Test plan

• LicensePresentationTests: grouping and access for no license, Starter, Team, an unknown future tier and every lapsed state; every feature listed once under its plan; plans ordered by tier, not case order.
• LicensePresentationTests, LicenseTierTests, SupportLinksTests: 59 passed.
