Summary

Docs for TableProApp/TablePro#3697. Merge after it.

• Transactions: the macOS bar above every tab with Commit and Roll Back, the connections strip mark, the MCP tools note, and the iOS follow-ups (DuckDB and SQL Server, save and delete asking first).
• iOS connections: socket rows marked in imports, the widget leaving out Mac-only connections, SSH off keeping its settings.
• SSH: profiles on iPhone and iPad, forwards to a unix socket, and the ssh_config rules the Mac now follows.
• Redis: commands end at a line break or ;, with redis-cli quoting on both apps.
• ClickHouse on iPhone and iPad: row edits matched on every value, waiting for their mutation, refused for identical rows.
• PluginKit 40 for the shared SQLite foreign key query.
• SSH sign-in on iPhone and iPad: Keyboard Interactive, TOTP codes from Two-Factor Authentication or typed in, questions asked on the connection's screen, a dropped tunnel reconnecting. Post-quantum key exchange on both apps, live once the rebuilt libraries are published.

Test plan

• verify.sh docs from the app branch: house style, source claims and links agree.
