The next CI regeneration before the official Wrench update will undo this fix and cause the generated-job check on release/* branches to fail. RecipeEngine.Modules.Wrench remains pinned to 3.11.5 in NGO.Cookbook.csproj. Program.Main regenerates the jobs without applying this temporary URL override. test_-_wrench_jobs_up_to_date runs on release-branch pushes and rejects any regenerated differences under .yamato/wrench. Apply the temporary URL override during recipe generation. Commit the resulting YAML so regeneration preserves the fix.

Yes, it's a known thing, I will be able to update Wrench to that latest version before Friday anyway

Purpose of this PR
PR to fix failing APV tests (see the failing jobs slack channel). Issue is fixed directly in Wrench (LINK) and I included temp version of new Wrench in APV references. You can see that the job is passing now properly
Plan would be to land this as it is for now (manual version override) and this will be overridden when new official Wrench version is released
