Producer claims a slot with Atomics.add, writes the record with Atomics.store, and publishes it with Atomics.compareExchange. The consumer observes the slot with Atomics.load. Both sides run on one agent so the score does not depend on worker scheduling. The workload is not in the default suite. Run it with --test=atomics-ring-buffer.

Adds
atomics-ring-buffer, an unofficial workload. It has nodefaulttag, so the default suite score is unchanged. Run it with--test=atomics-ring-buffer.The producer claims a slot with
Atomics.add, writes the record withAtomics.store, and publishes it withAtomics.compareExchange. The consumer observes the slot withAtomics.load. Both sides run on one agent, so the score does not depend on worker scheduling. A checksum mismatch fails the iteration. This is the queue pattern behind worker and main-thread buffers such as audio graphs. Proposed from https://issues.chromium.org/issues/497018236 so the pattern is tracked across engines.
