Minor, not major: the variable contract only grows — $skinTitleBarHeight
joins it — and nothing that worked against 3.1.1 stops working. Several
defaults do look different, and the README's Upgrading section now spells them
out, including the two that take layout away from the host app (the pinned bars
and the sticky index-table headers).

Release

Version bumped in lib/active_admin_theme/version.rb and package.json; the
npm package moves with the gem, src/ is regenerated from app/assets by the
prepare script so both consumers ship the same files.
