Description of the proposed changes
Shopify has replaced Partner Dashboard CLI tokens (SHOPIFY_CLI_PARTNERS_TOKEN)
with per-app App Automation Tokens (SHOPIFY_APP_AUTOMATION_TOKEN) created in
the Dev Dashboard.
