ubuntu-latest now resolves to Ubuntu 26.04, which ships a MySQL 8.4 client. Magento's integration test framework only adds --column-statistics=0 when mysqldump reports 8.0.x, so the setup DB dump queries information_schema.COLUMN_STATISTICS on the MariaDB service and fails before any test runs. Installing mariadb-client makes the framework detect mariadb-dump (>= 11.4) and use mariadb-dump/mariadb for the dump and restore instead.

ubuntu-latest now resolves to Ubuntu 26.04, whose MySQL 8.4 client breaks the Magento integration test DB dump. Per the guild decision, pin every runner to ubuntu-24.04 rather than installing mariadb-client.
