The final Docker stage copies only age--1.8.0.sql, discarding upgrade scripts installed by make install. Existing databases cannot find the packaged upgrade path after switching images.
Copy all installed AGE SQL scripts from the build stage. The Makefile continues to exclude source templates and synthetic upgrade test scripts from installation.

Validation: inspected the Makefile installation list and the tracked 1.6.0-to-1.7.0 and 1.7.0-to-1.8.0 scripts; git diff --check passed. Attempted docker build -f docker/Dockerfile -t age-2168-local ., but the local Docker engine pipe is unavailable. Image build and database upgrade execution remain unverified.
