container aboot/ukify: allow specifying --erofs-version=v1-only - #2620

The default of "v1" adds two digests to the commandline, to support the very unlikely case that the target system is running an old v2 composefs repo (v1 has been the default for a bit). This saves 139 bytes on the commandline, which is important in some cases (such as some aboot firmwares), because the commandline max length is limited.
