Bell is now public, and pull request checks execute contributed code. Pin the three existing v4 actions to verified commit SHAs, disable persisted checkout credentials, and bound CI resource usage with a 20-minute job timeout and cancellation of superseded runs for the same PR. Running main branch checks are allowed to finish.
Validation:
pnpm checkpassed (338 tests passed, 60 skipped; typecheck, lint, and production build passed). Official actionlint v1.7.12 validated the workflow, andgit diff --checkpassed. No live provider integrations were tested; PostgreSQL integration tests were skipped locally withoutTEST_LINK_DATABASE_URL.
