Enable public-web search and extraction through Parallel with citations, bounded requests, cancellation, and sanitized errors.

Preserve the existing browser and page after a worker restart using an opt-in, pinned Stagehand 4.3.0 patch. Recovery assumes the previous controller has stopped; review the patch when upgrading Stagehand.

Validation:

• 437 fixture tests passed; typecheck, lint, and production build passed.
• Live production-build UI E2E passed, covering concurrent conversations, interrupted streams, citations, browser handoff, authentication, credential non-disclosure, and cleanup.
• Cross-process restart regression passed with the original session and page preserved.
• No unused exports found in the changes, no configured credentials found in source/build scans, and zero known dependency advisories.

Hosted staging remains unverified. Dedicated-vault login and real CAPTCHA solving remain untested. See docs/parallel-verification.md for the complete test accounting.
