Introduce `AspectYaml` and `AspectYamlRegistry` in `common/typedef/aspect_yaml` for pluggable YAML encoding and decoding of aspects (e.g. target-schema-specific properties). Implement `TypeDefFromYaml` and `TypeDefToYaml` in `common/typedef/typedef_yaml`, supporting both concise type signatures (`list<string>`) and structured `TypeSpec` representations as well as delegating `aspects` blocks to registered `AspectYaml` codecs.
