Adds column widths to the Mosaic
Table.Table.Roottakeslayout:'auto'(default, columns size to their content) or'fixed'(columns size from the column group, not their content).Table.ColumnGroup(<colgroup>) andTable.Column(<col>).Table.Columntakes an optionalwidth(any CSS length). A column withoutwidthtakes the space the others leave.Table.SelectAllCellandTable.SelectCellnow set their own width (one checkbox plus their padding) instead ofwidth: 0, so a bare<Table.Column />over the select column works withlayout='fixed'. Withlayout='auto'the select column is the same size as before.With
layout='fixed', columns keep their size when the rows change, for example when skeleton rows are swapped for loaded rows. A column withoutwidthcan shrink to nothing in a narrow table, so giveTable.RootaminWidththroughxstyle; below it, the table scrolls horizontally instead.Swingset: the table page documents the new parts,
