Remove operations/upgrades from next/ and v1.6/ so later releases do not carry it. v1.0 to v1.5 keep their copy. The pod label rule for tenant namespaces (allow-to-apiserver, allow-to-etcd) lived only in the guide's isolated flag section. Move its worked example to Network Isolation Between Tenants in the tenants guide and point the create-tenant and seaweedfs-multidc pages there. The migration note in white labeling and the 1.0 release post link to the v1.0 copy of the guide instead. Part of #773 (A20). v1.7 became the current version after the first commit of this branch was written, so the guide would stay in the current docs. Remove operations/upgrades from v1.7 and apply the same link changes as for next/ and v1.6/: create-tenant, seaweedfs-multidc and the tenants guide point to Network Isolation Between Tenants (the worked example moves there), the white labeling migration note points to the v1.0 copy of the guide. Part of #773 (A20). Assisted-By: LLM Signed-off-by: Myasnikov Daniil <myasnikovdaniil2001@gmail.com>

Removes
operations/upgrades(the v0.41 to v1.0 guide) fromnext/,v1.6/andv1.7/, so the current docs and later releases don't carry it. v1.0-v1.5 keep their copy. The worked example for the tenant pod labels (
allow-to-apiserver,allow-to-etcd) lived only in theisolatedflag section of that guide, so I moved it to "Network Isolation Between Tenants" in the tenants guide and pointedcreate-tenantandseaweedfs-multidcthere. The table from the old section is not copied, the two labels are already listed in the new place.white-labelinglinked to the guide too (the migration script anchor, it is not in the epic), now it links to the v1.0 copy, same as the 1.0 release post./docs/operations/upgrades/,/docs/v1/operations/upgrades/,/docs/v1.7/operations/upgrades/and/docs/v1.6/operations/upgrades/return 200 now and will be 404 after this, I didn't add a redirect. Links to the guide from other cozystack repos are not checked.Checked with a Hugo 0.164.0 preview build: no
REF_NOT_FOUND, the new links and the#network-isolation-between-tenantsanchor are in the output fornext/,v1.6/andv1.7/, and no link to the removed pages is left.Part of #773 (A20).
