The ru, de, hi and zh-cn homes linked the start button to /<lang>/docs/v1.4/getting-started/, which returns 404 on production because the translated trees carry no versioned docs. The ru, de, hi and zh-cn homes link the start button to
/<lang>/docs/v1.4/getting-started/, which returns 404 on production for all four. The links stayed behind when the v1.4 proof-of-concept translations were removed in f993f31.Now it goes to the English
/docs/getting-started/(200), the same fallback the render-link hook gives content links when a page has no translation, and it doesn't depend on the latest version. The homes arel10n: transcreate, so the translation pipeline doesn't overwrite this.Part of #773 (A19).
