Summary

Two small pstack fixes from different contributors, cherry-picked onto main with original authorship (cherry-pick -x) so they can be reviewed together.

#707 (@surlymochan)	worktree-audit reads transcript mtimes with BSD stat -f / date -r flags, so LAST_CHAT is empty on Linux; detect GNU stat/date and use their flags
#672 (@rudycelekli)	the inline-code check did not recognise matching backtick runs of equal length, producing false hits; fixed with a test

Not included: #667 (Windows path keys in the harness generator) conflicts with main on its own and needs a rebase by its author.

Close this and merge the originals if that is preferred.

Verification

In pstack/skills/poteto-mode/scripts: bun run typecheck clean, bun test 70 pass / 0 fail. node scripts/generate-pstack-harness-trees.mjs --check: harness up to date (both originals already carried their harness copies).
