Reverts #757

Note

Low Risk
Documentation and packaged agent skills only; MCP server configuration is untouched, so runtime QBO connectivity behavior should stay the same aside from losing guided multi-step workflows.

Overview
Reverts the QuickBooks Online plugin 1.2.0 skills bundle and rolls the package back to 1.1.0.

The plugin no longer declares skills in plugin.json; marketplace and plugin copy now describe read-only MCP access (invoices, bills, expenses, customers, accounts, reports) without health checks, payroll, invoicing workflows, or lending. CHANGELOG drops the 1.2.0 release notes, and README removes the bundled-skills table.

All Intuit-derived skill definitions under third_party/quickbooks-online/skills/ are deleted, including setup, business health, benchmarks, overdue invoices, email-to-invoice, payroll helpers, and lending, plus the Apache 2.0 LICENSE in that folder. MCP wiring via mcp.json is unchanged.
