A webpage generated by docsify init --local is corrupted because the browser fails to find CSS files.

Currently lib/template/index.local.html refers to vendor/themes/(core|vue).min.css (minified versions) but lib/commands/init.js copies (core|vue).css (non-minified versions) from files in node_modules. This causes file-not-found errors. Also when lib/commands/init.js copies docsify.min.js it is renamed docsify.js. This does not cause an error but anyway it is a little confusing. This PR resolves the issue by switching entirely to minified packages.
