Unified diff code minings now reconstruct preceding changes before requesting syntax presentation, using live annotation positions and a single model scan. This keeps syntax coloring correct across every unified-diff mode and after interactive hunk edits, including additions and deletions.

Reconstruct syntax-coloring context with preceding diffs and live annotation positions. Cover every mode plus additions, deletions, interactive offset changes, and one-pass annotation lookup.
