docs(changelog): one Added, Changed, Fixed and Tooling list in Unreleased - #107

…ased The union merges of #90–#104 left the Unreleased section with repeated headings and twenty-two Added entries filed under Tooling (from the Facts section on, including three that were under Added on main before). Each entry is back under the heading it had where it came from, in one list per heading (Added, Changed, Fixed, Tooling), in the order they were in; no entry's text changes. The union merges of #90–#104 left the changelog's Unreleased section with repeated headings (Fixed three times, Changed twice). Twenty-two Added entries also sat under Tooling: everything from the Facts section on, including three that were under Added on
mainbefore the merges.Each entry is now under the heading it had in the branch it came from (the PR heads, or
mainat e01a901). There is one list per heading, in Keep a Changelog order: Added (25), Changed (10), Fixed (10), Tooling (2). Entries keep their original order within each heading.No entry's text changes; I checked that the entry lines before and after are identical. The one addition is the render-svg entry mentioning
