chore(ansible): pull job images from registry.famedly.net
9f04f15 
docker-oss.nexus.famedly.de is gone; every job of ansible-v1 times out
pulling its container. Same images, same tags, new registry. Matrix
unchanged: main's newer matrix (Ansible 8.7.0/9.0.1, Python 3.12) has no
images on registry.famedly.net.

chore(ansible): actions/upload-artifact and checkout v4

GitHub now hard-fails jobs on upload-artifact@v3; checkout@v3 runs on
the deprecated Node 20. Artifact names already differ per testing type,
Ansible and Python version, as v4 requires.
