pragmarx/coollection pulls in pragmarx/ia-collection, which requires nesbot/carbon ^1|^2. Every Laravel 12 release needs Carbon 3, so that chain blocks the upgrade, and forking ia-collection would need a repositories entry in every root that installs this package. Coollection moves into this package as Support\Coollection, on top of Illuminate's collection. It keeps ia-collection's unique() loop, because Illuminate's array_unique(SORT_REGULAR) gives a different result on strings mixed with nulls. The namespace of Coollection changes, so anything type-hinting PragmaRX\Coollection\Package\Coollection must update. Also guards the data updater test behind COUNTRIES_RUN_UPDATER, since it downloads third-party data and stopped the run on master, and adds CI for Illuminate 10 and 12.
