[roncodes]

Model fields for the adhoc dispatch strategies, fares and driver ratings added in fleetbase/fleetops#424. The console needs them to set how adhoc orders are offered.

• order:
  • adhoc_strategy: a strategy name, or null for the config or company default.
  • required_vehicle_type.
  • fare_finalized_at, paid_at.
• order-config:
  • adhoc_strategy, adhoc_offer_timeout.
  • customer_orders_adhoc, match_vehicle_type: both default to false.
• driver: rating_average, rating_count.

Testing

• Unit tests for the new attributes and defaults.
• Linted locally.
• The Ember tests weren't run locally: this checkout's dependencies aren't installed. CI runs them.

Release

fleetbase/fleetops#424 bumps its @fleetbase/fleetops-data dependency to the release that includes this.
