将反馈与统一评分编排移入服务层，仓库保留候选查询和行锁领取。 清空最后的分层豁免，并增加防回退及真实 PostgreSQL 并发、回滚回归。 验证：一次性 PostgreSQL 针对性25项、后端全量1291项通过；make lint、文档引用、语法与独立复核通过。提交字节与已验证的8文件快照一致。
保留原daf7bb7与main3193f32的提交历史；自动合并AGENTS中的分层与客户端清理约束，业务实现未修改。 验证：整合候选一次性PG102项通过，make lint、AGENTS引用与独立整合复核通过。原122全量1291项仍仅绑定原候选，未冒称整合全量。

What & why
批量增强候选的反馈注入和统一评分原先位于 analysis_repo，依赖分层门禁豁免。本 PR 将编排移入 enrichment_selection service，repository 仅保留候选查询与行锁领取；清空最后的 repositories→services allowlist，并用测试禁止重新增加。
评分输入/排序/阈值/候选池大小、latest 分析、SKIP LOCKED、API 管理员权限及调用者 commit/rollback 边界保持一致。AGENTS 同步分层事实。

e8a919a217dad88b20f3585b3ea0ff42f9fcd9a1，base main3193f329ad824d2b84b720bcb9ee1c518d1c12b8。保留原实现daf7bb7，使用 merge commit 纳入已合并的 client 清理，无历史改写；PR 最终差异仅原定8文件。12个非AGENTS整合文件逐字节等于原两批已审候选，文档同时保留两项约束。bash backend/scripts/test_full_local.sh -o addopts= -k 'latest_analysis_queries or enrichment_selection or enricher or content_action_permissions or check_layering or mcp_oauth or mcp_server or app_setting or scheduler or job_tracker'，102项通过，0失败/错误/跳过，1207 deselected，108.50s，进程退出码0。make lint、AGENTS引用、diff检查通过。G0–G4及针对最终main差异的产物边界通过。原1291项及#147的84+33项仅绑定原候选，未冒称当前整合全量。没有新前端变更；CI仍执行前端类型/覆盖率门禁。
Verifier verdict
PASS（独立整合工程复核）。实现过程之外的只读复核确认最终index/worktree/tree一致，整合manifest SHA256
07a605d785cc720dd31d098c8f9e1c00023fec2266934fb82c873f645d4faec7的13路径全部匹配。最终PR八路径精确对应原#122；12个非AGENTS文件与原已审源码一致，AGENTS严格为main文档加#122段落，client GC合同逐字保留。独立layering/agent-docs/diff通过，原始102项XML与关键测试存在性已核验；未声称verifier独立重跑PG。Checklist
