- Keep the capitals of a Go module path in the cached zip's filename, so github.com/Sirupsen/logrus and github.com/sirupsen/logrus no longer share one cache entry. Lowercase paths keep their filename.

- Refetch a cached Go zip that an older version stored for the other spelling of the module.
