Have you tried connecting a web cam or using a laptop built in camera? You can use all the features just by pointing the camera at... anything. You can create wavefronts (even though they are meaningless you can still confirm all the features work).

Not yet, it was the first time I was trying the video feature. It seems that any kind of live video access on Mac OS crashes the program if it doesn't declare the video acquisition capability... so it seems that a patch release would be needed once my PR is merged and the feature tested on mac.
