Adds a check:storage CI step that compares the storage layouts of RewardsManager, L2GNS and L2Curation with their committed pre-port layouts, so an audit fix can't shift storage unnoticed. It also adds the repository field that npm provenance needs to graph-core and graph-token, completes their changesets and READMEs, adds a horizon changeset for the moved dependency artifact paths, and updates the root README, CLAUDE.md and three stale comments to the new package layout.
