Guest functions register with up to 32 parameters, but GuestFunctionDefinition::verify_parameters rejects every call with more than 11 (MAX_PARAMETERS = 11). Applies to Rust and C guests.

Fix: remove the check. Dispatch already rejects a parameter count that differs from the registered signature.
