Consider removing executable_heap host cargo feature #2003

While it can prevent the heap from being executed, a malicious guest can modify its own page tables to make it executable again, so it cannot be relied upon as a security feature.

We should think about whether we want to keep this for defense-in-depth or remove it, or perhaps move it to a guest crate rather than host crate
